Dit moderne appartement met 3 slaapkamers ligt in het centrum van Barcelona, in de wijk Eixample en het is maar 10 minuten lopen vanuit Plaça Catalunya. De verbinding met het openbaar vervoer is heel goed in deze wijk. Er zijn veel bus en metro stations bij uw appartement, dus u kunt alle gedeeltes van de Catalaanse hoofdstad makkelijk bereiken. Rondom het appartement vindt u vele restarants, bars en cafés, evenals genoeg supermarkten. ...
Het appartement is compleet gemeubileerd, en is perfect voor gezinnen of een groep vrienden.
De woon-eetkamer is open naar de keuken, dit biedt veel licht en ruimte aan. Hier vindt u een knusse bank en een TV. In de volledig ingerichte keuken kan u uw favoriete maaltijden bereiden en misschien ook wel wat Spaanse gerechten uitproberen.

Eixample is Catalaans voor 'uitbreiding', wat uitbreiding betekent, van de oude stad Barcelona. Eixample is ontworpen door de Catalaanse geboren stedenbouw visionair, Ildefons Cerdà, die het verkeer en zonlicht (naast vele andere dingen) in gedachte hield, bij het maken van de plannen voor deze nieuwe wijk....
Eixample wordt nu gekenmerkt door zijn achthoekige blokken en zijn grid-achtige patroon, met brede straten en zowel commerciële als residentiële gebieden. Het is opgesplitst in twee delen, Eixample Esquerra (links, of in het Spaans, Izquierdo) en Eixample Dret (Rechts, of in het Spaans, Derecho), die beide de thuisbasis zijn van een aantal fantastische restaurants en winkels.

Excellent experience!
I stayed in this apartment for 4 days in Barcelona, and it was a wonderful experience.
Location: Perfect! The apartment is very well located, close to most of the city's tourist attractions. In addition, there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making everything even more convenient.
Customer support: Exceptional service! The agents, available via WhatsApp, were very helpful and always quick to respond and provide solutions. Furthermore, the office staff was extremely friendly and available, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Apartment: Fully equipped and very functional. Nothing was missing! From the comfortable bedrooms and complete bathrooms to the kitchen, which had all the necessary utensils – including a juicer and a bread knife, something rarely found in rentals.
Cleanliness: Impeccable! The apartment was extremely clean and organized, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
I absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay here again on future visits to Barcelona!

L'appartement correspond à la description et aux photos. C'était très propre avec un petit package d'accueil (thé, café, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, liquide vaisselle, ...). La cuisine est bien équipée. L'appartement est très bien placé avec la bouche de métro au pied de l'immeuble. Les ramblas sont à 15 minutes à pieds.

Great place and great location. We had two families with 9 people and the space was large enough we were able to make it work easily. Apartment location right by the subway and with the availability of restaurants and cafes made the as mentioned the location perfect. Nice apartment, well situated, very good for bigger groups - there was 9 of us, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and there still were some free beds :) The comunication was perfect, quick reactions in case of some problems that occured during our stay.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 5 days, it is perfect if you travel in a group. The location is great. The metro station is just in front of the Airbnb and the bus station is just 2 minutes away. There is a lot to do in this area if you want to go out at night. The host was also quick to respond

Great place for a group to stay, really easy to get to everywhere in the city via the metro or walking to las Ramblas. Only thing to note is that some of the rooms have connecting doors that only lock from one side. We didn’t mind this but perhaps some groups might. Recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona!

Sehr zentrales Apartment (Metrostation vor der Tür) mit genug Platz für 9 Personen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Klimaanlage war leise und funktionierte super. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet (Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, Weingläser) und für das Zubereiten einer kleinen Mahlzeit ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, zwischen den meisten Zimmern sind Türen. Bei Fragen während des Aufenthalts wurde sehr zeitnah geantwortet.

This apartment is great! Cozy, nice and spacious, located near the subway station. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
Eva&Jack are amazing! They helped us with everything we needed, including unpredictable changes of our dates flight, digital keys and keeping luggages.

It was a very good stay and perfect for what we needed. The location was great. Really liked the fact we were given lots of keys without asking as this helped us with being a big group! would definitely use the accommodation again!

Apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. Good utilities. Plenty of room for a large group, lovely balconies looking out onto the road, I would recommend it to friends.

The staircase when we arrived was full of dust and tv boxes from another apartment being decorated.
We were told we were on the first floor and we were on the 3rd which caused a bit of confusion finding the apartment.
There was a sun terrace but no sunloungers as advertised.
The aircon could of done with a manual.
These were minor things, none of which ruined our stay.

Couldn't fault this apartment at all. Exactly as shown on the website. Location was perfect, subway stop right outside the door. Plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed in the apartment. If we return to Barcelona, we will certainly come back here.
