Tolle Lage und Lage – wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und hatten viel Platz zum Schlafen, Entspannen und für gesellige Stunden. Die beiden Bäder ermöglichen eine gute Organisation für mehrere Personen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Spül- und Waschmaschine (mit jeweils zwei Besitzerkapseln/-tabs!) sind unverzichtbar und auch der digitale Schlüssel per Handy für die Haustür und den Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung hat gut funktioniert. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bade-/Duschartikel, ein Haartrockner, Spülmittel und ein Schwamm/Geschirrtuch werden bereitgestellt. Auch die Nespresso-Kapselmaschine + Mikrowelle funktioniert gut. Phänomenale Lage direkt neben der Metro + mit vielen Supermärkten gleich nebenan.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden und wir würden wieder für 5 Tage bei Barça übernachten.

The apartment has potential. The elevator is located directly outside the apartment. My children loved it. It's close to the metro and the Arena shopping center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Plaza España is still under construction, but the surroundings are beautiful. From the balcony, you can see the street, the Arena, and Montjuïc Mountain.
The children's room is fine. The other two bedrooms have a large 180x200 cm bed and two 80x200 cm beds.
The air conditioning works well for heating in the spring. We enjoyed it. The apartment is habitable and ideal for a few days.

L'appartement est très très bien placé. Le bruit de la route est présent mais supportable. Le bus de l aéroport s'arrête devant et le métro aussi donc idéal pour les visites même pour 1 week-end. Celem naszej rodzinnej wizyty w Barcelonie było zwiedzanie tego pięknego miasta. Apartament, w którym zamieszkaliśmy znajdował się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - idealny jako baza wypadowa. Blisko metro i przystanki autobusowe, komunikacja z lotniska idealna (przystanek 2 min. od apartamentu). W okolicy targ miejski ze świeżymi produktami, dużo małych i większych restauracji i kawiarenek.
Sam apartament przestronny, meble i AGD nieco zużyte, ale wszystko sprawne. 3 oddzielne sypialnie i 2 łazienki, co dla 5 osobowej rodziny zapewniało bardzo duży komfort. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, czysta pościel i ręczniki, bardzo dobrze wyposażenie dodatkowe mieszkania (zabrakło tylko rozkładanej suszarki na ubrania). Mieszkając przy jednym z większych węzłów komunikacyjnych Barcelony, należy uwzględnić że nocą słychać odgłosy miasta. Byliśmy w styczniu, nocą temperatura spadała do ok 3 st.C, zatem dużą zaletą było ogrzewanie w mieszkaniu.
WiFi - bardzo dobre. Polecam ten apartament.

El sitio está bien, justo al lado de plaza España. Encontrarlo era fácil aunque el acceso se complica ya que el restaurante de al lado tiene bastante afluencia de gente. En general, todo fue tal y como se anunciaba. El mobiliario se veía algo desgastado por el uso aunque nada grave. La llave electrónica funcionó bien en todo momento. El ascensor es muy útil a la hora de subir/bajar maletas. Tuvimos todo lo necesario así que no hubo problemas con eso. Parte de las ventanas dan a un colegio. Nosotros viajamos durante un puente y fin de semana así que no se si eso afecta demasiado, aunque parecia bueno el aislamiento.

La ubicación es excelente, si necesitas usar el bus al aeropuerto esta literalmente a la puerta del departamento y con una estación del metro también a la cercanía. El alojamiento es tal cual esta descrito, limpio y ordenado. Eramos un grupo de 8 personas y todos llegamos en horarios distintos al departamento, por lo que la llave digital hizo que el acceso fuera bastante flexible y fácil debido a las circunstancias. Los anfitriones están al pendiente durante toda la estancia.

Naši predchodcovia spôsobili škody a nenahlásili ich. Nedostatky sme nahlásili a hneď na druhý deň firma poslala údržbu a problém vyriešila.⠀

Inak má byt samé výhody. Vstup pre všetkých ubytovaných pomocou mobilu, poloha 2 minúty od Plaza España, blízko je metro, vlak aj autobus. Do centra mesta, na Camp Nou, na pláž, alebo dokonca na Montserrat (autocares Julia), všetko je blízko.⠀

V byte je wifi, chladnička, práčka, žehlička, sušiak na prádlo. Kuchyňa je vybavená, ale stravovali sme sa viacmenej vonku, doma iba raňajky a niekedy večere.⠀

Tiež je super komunikácia firmy so zákazníkmi, rýchla, veci riešia a všetko je čo najviac zautomatizované a prispôsobené aj jazykovo menej zdatným (zabudovaný prekladač pri komunikácii cez mail alebo stránku).⠀

Ubytování splňovalo vše, co bylo uvedené v popisu. V bytě bylo uklizeno, na posteli nachystané ručníky, mýdlo a špunty do uší. Lokace byla vynikající, byt byl kousíček od zastávky metra.

Отличное расположение жилья. Очень чисто. Все необходимое есть- посуда, полотенца, белье. Легкая коммуникация с хозяевами. Лифт прямо в квартиру. Парковки есть возле дома, но платные.

We really enjoyed our stay here (3 adults, 4 children). Everything was perfect and clean, location was really great! Our children liked the small balcony with the nice view. I definitely recommend this place.

Apartamento muy bueno para pasar unos días en Barcelona. El apartamento cuenta con una combinación con el transporte publico estupenda, con muchas cosas para ver alrededor (MNAC, MontJuic, toda la parte olímpica…). Cuenta con todas las necesidades, muchos bares para comer alrededor, el supermercado en frente…. Es fantástico y en cuanto a decoración, forma de acceso con la llave digital esta muy bien. Además el servicio de atención al cliente te soluciona los problemas al instante.
La única pega es el humo que de acumulaba por la noche debido al bar de abajo pero por lo demás perfecto.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, perfectamente ubicado ya que está a muy poca distancia de la estación de tren y además, al lado tiene el acceso al metro con conexión a cualquier lugar de Barcelona...Si decides ir andando por la ciudad como lo hemos hecho en familia, puedes hacerlo fácilmente!

L'appartement est très bien situé. Très pratique pour prendre le métro. Bous avons adoré la place de catalunya avec ses fontaines et ses pigeons et le zoo qui est magnifique avec le parc de la cuitadella. Nous reviendrons à Barcelone

We loved our stay here. We could walk or metro everywhere. The apartment was as advertised, we had a couple of issues with hot water but AB fixed it straight away. Can´t wait to come back.
