Dit appartement met 3 slaapkamers beschikt over WiFi en airconditioning in warme/koude modus, om uw verblijf in Barcelona nog meer ontspannen te maken. Daarnaast is het appartement eind 2022 volledig gerenoveerd.
De woonkamer is goed ingericht: de perfecte plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag de stad te hebben verkend.

Gelegen aan de Carrer del Pi, bevindt het appartement zich in een gebied vol geschiedenis en charme. Slechts een steenworp afstand vindt u de Carrer Portaferrissa, een straat die teruggaat tot de Romeinse tijd, toen het deel uitmaakte van Barcino, de oude Romeinse stad die Barcelona werd. De straat heeft eeuwen van geschiedenis doorgemaakt en speelde een sleutelrol in de middeleeuwse handelsroutes. Tegenwoordig is het een levendige mix van historisch belang en modern winkelen, met boetieks, ambachtelijke winkels, kunstgalerijen en cafés, wat het een unieke en bruisende sfeer geeft. Las Ramblas is één van de beroemdste straten van Barcelona. Het scheidt twee wijken van de stad, De Gotische wijk en El Raval, terwijl het aansluit aan Port Vell en Plaça de Catalunya. Hoewel het vaak als één hoofdstraat wordt gezien, is Las Ramblas eigenlijk samengesteld uit vijf verschillende straten en heeft het vele populaire attracties, waaronder de theater Liceu, de Boqueria Markt en het wassenbeeldmuseum....
Op de Ramblas vindt u een diversiteit aan souvenirwinkels, kraampjes met zelfgemaakte cadeaus, restaurants, cafés en nog veel meer. De straat is ook bekend om zijn levende standbeelden en artiesten, die een uniek entertainment bieden als u een wandeling maakt over de boulevard. De straat is ontzettend levendig en zit vol met bars en clubs. Het maakt de omgeving erg populair voor mensen op zoek naar Barcelona's fantastisch nachtleven.

Great long wekend stay for family of five including teens. Lots of space for everyone, and separate bedrooms and living room a huge plus, along with 2 bathrooms.
Great location. Beautiful view of park and La Sagrada, lovely welcome amenities (tea, coffee, washing up and laundry supplies) as well as an expresso machine.
Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
15 minutes walk to 2 mainline stations (no need to go to Sants!) and metro/tram across the street. We walked to most sites, and took taxis for those further away.

Spacious and clean apartment in a perfect location very close to Sagrada Familia. Other points of interest are reachable on foot if you don’t mind walking. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean and nice apartment. Located next to a metro station and has a nice view on the Sagrada Familia. It's next to a big road so makes sure to bring earplugs if you are a lght sleeper.

The apartment was very cool, highly recommend it.
3 separate bedrooms with doors, which is super comfy. In the smallest one there’s a single bed and almost no daylight, cause windows go into the backyard, but 2 others are big enough, with nice views. One more advantage - every bedroom has a big, comfy wardrobe for clothes, with hangers and everything. You also have a washing machine, iron, dishwasher. Great living room - nice sofa, big table - very cool for a dinner. Comfy kitchen with everything you need, moreover the landlord even gives you all things for washing dishes, etc. in an individual package - never seen something like that before. 2 bathrooms, with even 2 hairdryers!
And the best thing - online check-in available, doors open with your mobile phone via app - all guests have they’re own keys, + you don’t need to remember not to forget them, etc.! Ideal.

Wonderful, clean space! Three bedrooms, two full baths, nice kitchen and living area. Beautiful views of Sagrada Familia! Safe, nice neighborhood with delicious restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Was nervous about the on-line check in and digital key but was easy and convenient.

Sehr entspannte Ferien in Barcelona verbracht. Die Wohnung war einfach ein Traum, schöne helle Zimmer, da viel Tageslicht reinkommt. Die Aussicht zur Sagrada Familia und die Gegend sind sehr schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
